Mortgage Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in securing suitable home financing solutions by offering expert advice and ensuring a smooth approval process from application to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on available mortgage products based on their financial profile.

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal sales teams.

- Collect and verify client documentation for mortgage applications.

- Submit mortgage cases and follow up until approval and disbursement.

- Provide accurate mortgage calculations, eligibility assessments, and interest rate comparisons.

- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

- Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and company policies.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly target.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 – 3 years experience as a Mortgage Consultant in the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and banking procedures.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.

- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.

- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
