What You'll Do

• Consult & Close: Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, navigating them through the home-buying journey with precision.
• Drive Revenue: Actively manage a pipeline of leads and consistently meet (or exceed) monthly sales targets.
• Build Your Network: Leverage your existing connections with real estate agents and developers to generate high-quality referrals.
• Business Development: Proactively seek out new market opportunities and expand the company's footprint in the financial services sector.
• Client Management: Deliver a high-touch, professional service that manages client expectations while securing the best possible financial outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of UAE mortgage experience (this is a must!).
• Industry Knowledge: A solid background in mortgages or financial services with a deep understanding of UAE banking products.
• Proven Track Record: A history of achieving revenue targets and a "sales-first" mindset.
• The Network: An established list of introducers within the UAE real estate industry.
• Mobility: A UAE Driving License is highly preferred to facilitate client and partner meetings.
