The Perspective Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mortgage Finance Analyst to join our finance team in Mesaieed. This role focuses on evaluating mortgage-related financial data, supporting lending decisions, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across mortgage portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial analysis skills, a solid understanding of mortgage processes, and the ability to assess risk and performance with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze mortgage applications, financial statements, and credit data to support lending decisions
- Evaluate borrower financial profiles, repayment capacity, and risk exposure
- Prepare detailed mortgage financial reports, forecasts, and portfolio performance analysis
- Monitor mortgage loan performance, including repayment trends, defaults, and interest accruals
- Support budgeting and financial planning for mortgage lending activities
- Collaborate with loan officers, credit teams, and compliance departments to ensure accurate assessment and approval processes
- Assist in developing financial models for mortgage portfolio valuation and risk analysis
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mortgage lending and profitability
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, lending guidelines, and applicable financial regulations
- Support audit processes by preparing and organizing mortgage-related financial documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve mortgage portfolio performance and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis, mortgage finance, banking, or lending operations
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending processes, and credit risk assessment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial data
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in banking, mortgage lending, or real estate finance
- Knowledge of credit analysis, loan structuring, and risk management
- Familiarity with financial regulations and lending compliance standards
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are an advantage
