Mortgage Graphic Designer - Full Time or Contract

Qualifications

5 Years proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the mortgage and real estate industries
Understanding of disclaimers, terms and best practices related to the mortgage industry
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics
Candidate must have their own equipment and design software

Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials, brochures, flyers, social media, and email campaigns
Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and industry standards
Plan and create content for company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are on-brand and meet all compliance requirements
