Mortgage Loan Set Up Specialist (REMOTE)

Job Functions:

• Review submission for completeness and contact appropriate parties to obtain documents necessary for completion
• Communicate with Broker and Sales on status of submission
• Review indexed documents for accuracy and reclassify to correct folders
• Fill out missing data fields in Encompass Loan Origination System and check for accuracy
• Generate initial disclosures for all TRID loan products
• Move loan to the next stage, adhering to Company policy
• Participate in cross-training with peers to ensure continuity in the task, function or process
• Recognize and understand the purpose of all critical mortgage documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with Encompass preferred
• 1-2years of related experience within the mortgage industry
• High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
