Mortgage Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Mortgage Manager to lead our mortgage operations, manage client relationships, and drive mortgage sales. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE banking products, mortgage procedures, and compliance standards, with proven leadership and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the mortgage team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, developers, and real estate partners.
• Evaluate client financials to recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
• Monitor and manage end-to-end mortgage processing — from application to disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Prepare management reports on pipeline, conversions, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in mortgages, loans, or real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations and banking procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Established network with banks and real estate developers (advantageous).
