Overview
A growing mortgage company is seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified mortgage leads and expand its digital presence. This role focuses on creating and managing online campaigns, building landing pages, and running social media marketing to attract prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Google Ads Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Social Media Marketing: Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to drive engagement and attract leads.
  • Landing Pages: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages for mortgage campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Strategically generate and deliver qualified leads that have high potential to move forward in the mortgage process.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest optimizations to improve results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running Google Ads and social media campaigns.
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and converting online traffic into prospects.
  • Knowledge of mortgage or real estate marketing is a plus but not required — must be willing to learn.
  • Strong communication, organization, and results-driven mindset.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
