We’re expanding our executive operations team and seeking a Capital Markets Manager to oversee all aspects of secondary marketing, pricing strategy, pipeline hedging, investor relations, and loan delivery.

Job Overview

The Marketing Sales Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on marketing strategy, sales enablement, and the effective use of company systems and proprietary tools. This role ensures employees are equipped to leverage CRM platforms, vendor management systems, and marketing resources to drive production, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Loan Officers, Business Development Specialists, and support staff
• Train employees on proprietary systems, including CRM platforms, vendor management tools, and internal marketing resources
• Develop training materials such as guides, videos, SOPs, and live workshop sessions
• Educate teams on how to use marketing as a business tool to generate leads, build relationships, and increase production
• Provide hands-on system training, including CRM usage, pipeline tracking, contact management, and automation tools
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Operations to align training with company goals and initiatives
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Support new hires through onboarding, ensuring proper setup and understanding of systems and workflows
• Stay current on system updates, vendor tools, and industry best practices
• Offer one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage, sales training, marketing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing tools (mortgage experience preferred)
• Experience delivering training in both group and one-on-one settings
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate technical systems into easy-to-understand training
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms (Teams)
