Mortgage Processor - Fusion Home Loans

Fusion Home Loans is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Mortgage Processor. If you are a seasoned processor with current experience and possess a strong background working with realtors, combined with expertise in Encompass, we want to hear from you!

The Processor is responsible for processing files from submission through underwriting to closing. They will work closely with the borrower, referral source and internal team members including the Loan Officers, Underwriters and Closers to complete all functions within a timely manner and consistent with all operations policies and procedures.

Candidates should have a minimum of two to five years' experience processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans. They should also have experience working on retail builder and realtor pipelines. They should be familiar with guidelines for each loan type and have experience using DU, LP and GUS. Ideal candidates should be accustomed to working with multiple loan originators and capable of processing an average of 15-20 closed files per month. Candidates should be able to provide exceptional customer service and maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved in the loan process.

This position pays a base wage and has monthly bonus and overtime eligibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years CURRENT experience processing residential mortgage loans
• Encompass experience
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Navigates Microsoft Office with ease and is technology savvy
• Possess problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Must currently reside on the East Coast of the US
