Mother Teacher

A Mother Teacher is a teacher assigned to a class who takes responsibility for all-round development of students, just like a mother cares for her children. She teaches most of the subjects to the same group of students, so that children feel safe, comfortable, and emotionally connected. This approach helps in building strong bonds between the teacher and students, creating a homely environment in the classroom.

The Mother Teacher not only imparts knowledge but also observes every child closely, understands their strengths and weaknesses, and provides personal attention. She works on their academics, discipline, values, manners, and overall personality.

The aim of the Mother Teacher concept is to:

• Provide continuity of care and guidance.
• Build trust, security, and emotional attachment.
• Ensure holistic growth of the child.
• Develop good habits, confidence, and social skills.

Qualification:- B.ed in any subject

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
