Job Title: Mother Teacher

Department: Pre-Primary

Location: Ranchi

Experience: 3-5 years

Qualification: Any graduate (B.ed. Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a primary caregiver and emotional support for assigned students.
• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment for young children.
• Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and stories.
• Support children in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Observe and monitor child development and report progress to parents.
• Maintain discipline with patience, care, and positive reinforcement.
• Assist children with daily routines like meals, hygiene, and nap time.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, games, and creative sessions.
• Coordinate with other teachers and school staff for smooth classroom functioning.
• Ensure child safety and well-being at all times.

Skills & Requirements

• Loving, caring, and patient personality.
• Good communication skills (English and local language preferred).
• Ability to handle young children with empathy and responsibility.
• Basic classroom management and activity planning skills.
• Passion for teaching and child development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
