Job Summary:

Global Public School is seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to nurture and guide young learners in the foundational years. The ideal candidate will create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports the emotional, social, and academic development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary class teacher responsible for the overall development of students
• Teach basic subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and General Awareness
• Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment for young children
• Focus on students’ emotional well-being, discipline, and moral values
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Monitor students’ progress and maintain academic and behavioral records
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and good habits among students
• Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and discipline at all times
• Participate in school activities, events, and teacher meetings

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate with NTT / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (Primary) preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Primary or Pre-Primary Teacher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and caring for young children
• Ability to handle children with patience and empathy

• Creativity and storytelling ability
• Good communication with parents and colleagues
• Basic computer knowledge
