Job Description: Mother Teacher

Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care and education for young children.
• Focus on the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each child.
• Design and implement age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans.
• Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's progress and well-being.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Use positive behavior management techniques.
• Monitor and document children’s development and progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children by following health and safety standards.
• Manage classroom resources and materials effectively.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or credential in early childhood education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or primary teaching.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences.
• Patience and flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
• Certification in child first aid and CPR preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
