Mother-Toddler Program Teacher

Siate Felici School is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Mother-Toddler Program Teacher to join our early years team. This unique role involves working with toddlers (ages 1–3 years) and their mothers in a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that encourages bonding, socialization, and early learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging, age-appropriate activities for toddlers and their mothers.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster early developmental skills through play, music, movement, and storytelling.
• Build strong relationships with both children and parents.
• Monitor and report on child progress and engagement.
• Collaborate with the early childhood education team to plan and improve program delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female (preferred, due to the nature of the program)
• Prior experience working with toddlers or in a similar early childhood setting.
• Exceptional patience and a genuine love for working with small children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable demeanor.
• Ability to create a positive and calm learning environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not mandatory).
