MotherHub Operation Manager

Lead and manage Mother Hub (Sortation Center) operations at a regional/state level. You’ll oversee middle-mile operations, ensure smooth functioning, and manage a large workforce along with a team of Assistant Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Sortation Center operations & drive efficiency.
• Plan, design & operationalize new hubs.
• Monitor performance & implement improvements.
• Manage 1000+ team members (on-roll/off-roll, 24/7 ops).
• Handle IR issues & ensure compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and motivate teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/MBA (Tier I/II preferred).
• 8+ years in Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Operations.
• Experience managing large teams in sortation/warehouse setups.
• Strong people management & problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year

Experience:

• E-commerce Industry: 4 years (Required)
• MH - Motherhub operations: 5 years (Preferred)
