Mother’s Day Contract Drivers Needed – Flower Delivery

We are hiring contract delivery drivers to help deliver flowers during our busiest time of the year — Mother’s Day. This is a great short-term opportunity to earn extra cash using your own vehicle.

About the Role

Drivers will pick up floral orders from our Phoenix location and deliver them to customers throughout the Valley. Mother's Day delivery is fast-paced and customer-facing, so professionalism and reliability are a must.

Routes being daily at 6:30am, with the opportunity to complete two or more routes per day depending on availability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and organize delivery routes from our shop
• Deliver floral orders in a timely and professional manner
• Handle arrangements with care to ensure quality upon arrival
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with recipients

Requirements:

• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Punctual, dependable, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements as needed

Dates Needed:

• May 6
• May 7
• May 8
• May 9
• May 10
• May 11

Pay Details:

• $130.00 – $250.00 per day based on route volume and completion
• Opportunity to run two or more routes per day
• Gas and mileage are not covered
• Payment terms: Checks will be cut on 5/15/26
