Message from Family: We are a busy, high-performing household looking for a professional mother's helper who can provide consistent, reliable support and bring structure to our child's daily routine. Our priority is creating a calm, organized environment that supports both development and household efficiency. We value proactive communication, attention to detail, and someone who can operate independently while keeping us informed. Dad works from home on Mondays and Fridays and is in the office Tuesday through Thursday. Mom stays at home. This is a long-term role, and we are looking for someone who wants to become a trusted, integral part of our family.

About the Children: Our daughter is a bashful, happy, and curious 15-month-old. Lately, she loves putting lids on things and mimics everything we do, which really shows off her growing dexterity.

Our second baby is on the way, due in December 2026.

Their Ideal Mothers Helper: We are looking for someone experienced, dependable, and highly organized, with a strong background in early childhood development. This person is warm and engaging with our child, while also structured and confident in maintaining consistent routines around sleep, feeding, and developmental activities.

They are proactive, able to anticipate needs, and take ownership of their role without requiring micromanagement. Professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills are essential. Experience supporting families with newborns or multiple children is a huge plus.

Duties:
Family laundry
Light housekeeping
Miscellaneous errands
Cooking for family

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 1:30-5:30 pm
* Occasional date nights, and evenings (not frequent)

Compensation: 40- $45/hr DOE

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
