Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.

Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.

The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.

Key Focus Areas:

Product Roadmap : Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.

Geography : Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.

Partnerships : Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative UI Motion Designer to join our product design team. If you enjoy bringing digital interfaces to life with engaging animations, transitions, and micro-interactions, you’ll thrive here. You’ll help us create experiences that feel smooth, delightful, and memorable for our users while collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.

What You’ll Do

• Design and animate interactive UI elements, transitions, and micro-interactions for apps, websites, and digital products.
• Create product walkthroughs, demo videos, and animated prototype screens to showcase features and flows.
• Work with the team to plan and storyboard motion concepts and bring stories to life visually.
• Make sure all motion graphics enhance usability and align with our brand and design system.
• Optimize animations for performance across different devices and platforms.
• Stay on top of motion trends and experiment with new tools and formats to push creative boundaries.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience in motion design, animation for digital products, or UI/UX animation (2–5 years preferred).
• Proficiency with key motion and prototyping tools such as After Effects, Figma (Smart Animate), Principle, ProtoPie, Lottie, or similar.
• A portfolio with examples of UI motion, animated product walkthroughs, or similar digital work.
• Strong visual and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn concepts into smooth, polished visuals.
• Good understanding of design systems, typography, and layout principles.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with designers and developers.
• Bonus: Experience with 3D animation (Blender, Cinema4D), sound editing, or interactive web/app prototyping.
