motion designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics and Motion Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects, and possess a solid sense of aesthetics, layout, and motion.

You will be responsible for designing static and animated visual content across digital platforms, working with a diverse range of clients and collaborating with our internal team to bring concepts to life with clarity and visual impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality static and motion graphics for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate closely with creative directors, marketers, and clients to understand project goals and deliver on creative briefs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Ensure brand consistency and attention to visual details across all outputs.

Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas in team meetings.

Adapt design style to suit various client industries and target audiences.

Maintain and organize project files for efficient workflow and revisions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic and motion design.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects is a must.

Strong eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.

Solid understanding of animation principles and motion design trends.

Ability to take feedback positively and revise work accordingly.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience working with multiple clients or in an agency environment is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or other Adobe tools.

Basic understanding of video editing or sound design.

Portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion design work.
