Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning visual effects and motion graphics for various media projects. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and technical expertise, with a focus on delivering high-quality content that engages and captivates audiences. This role blends bold visual storytelling with emerging technologies like generative AI to produce cutting-edge commercials and social ads across platforms including TikTok, Meta, and streaming TV. Ideal candidates are curious, inventive, and excited to collaborate onsite in a fast-paced, experimental environment where they'll help shape the future of digital healthcare branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design visually compelling animations and special effects for video productions
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for projects
• Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D to produce high-quality motion graphics
• Edit and refine video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing tools
• Develop 3D models and animations using Maya and other 3D software
• Implement color grading and rendering techniques to enhance visual storytelling
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and outcomes
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
• Experience with 3D animation and modeling software (Nuke, Maya, Cinema 4D)
• Strong understanding of compositing, rendering, and color grading
• Ability to storyboard and visualize concepts effectively
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus(Open AI, MidJourney, NVIDIA Canvas, Runway ML)
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
