Motion Designer (Project-Based) – Onsite

Job Title: Freelance Motion Designer (Project-Based) – Onsite Checkpoints Required

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Motion Designer based in Dubai to

support a time-sensitive project. The role will focus on creating high-quality motion

graphics and animations aligned with a premium fintech brand style.

Due to the importance and fast turnaround requirements of this project, the designer

will be required to attend in-person review sessions at our Dubai office during key

checkpoints and feedback phases to ensure alignment, speed, and quality of

execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social

media, product explainers, and brand videos

• Translate creative concepts into engaging animations aligned with brand

guidelines

• Work closely with the creative and marketing team to refine concepts and

deliver polished outputs

• Attend onsite meetings at key project stages for feedback, revisions, and

approvals

• Ensure timely delivery of assets according to project timelines

• Adapt animations into different formats, aspect ratios, and platform

requirements

• Maintain consistency with brand identity and visual standards

Requirements and Skillset:

• 3–6+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or multimedia design

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant

tools

• Ability to create clean, modern, and premium-style motion graphics

• Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, typography animation, and visual

storytelling

• Ability to work within tight deadlines on a time-sensitive project

• Based in Dubai and available to attend in-office review sessions when

required

• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience working with fintech, tech, or corporate brands

• Experience creating ads, social media animations, and promotional videos

• Basic knowledge of sound design and video editing workflows

• Ability to work with Figma or Illustrator files for animation preparation

• Engagement: Project-based freelance contract

• Location: Dubai (onsite presence required at key milestones)

• Start: Immediate

• Duration: Depends on project scope, with potential extension based on

performance
