Job Purpose


The Motion & Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for creating high-impact visual content across digital, social media, and physical brand touchpoints. This role focuses on producing both static and motion-based content for social media platforms, events, and marketing campaigns, while ensuring strong brand consistency before, during, and after events. The position also supports internal communication and employer branding initiatives in close collaboration with Human Resources and global brand teams.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Create static and motion-based content for social media platforms (posts, stories, reels, short videos, animations).
  • Design campaign visuals and motion assets in line with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Support content calendars with creative visual concepts and storytelling formats.
  • Design and manage all digital and animated visuals used at events (LED screen content, presentations, teaser videos, countdowns, social visuals).
  • Produce event after-movies and highlight videos for post-event communication.
  • Create promotional and recap content for pre- and post-event storytelling.
  • Produce real-time social media content during events using mobile devices (photos, short videos, reels, stories).
  • Design printed marketing materials, including catalogs, brochures, posters, roll-ups, totems, and booth/stand visuals.
  • Prepare print-ready files in line with technical and quality standards.
  • Support Human Resources communication, including job posting visuals, employer branding materials, onboarding content, and internal announcements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Global Brand Guidelines across all digital and printed materials.
  • Work closely with local and global marketing teams to maintain visual and communication consistency.
  • Manage multiple creative tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Education & Professional Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in motion design, graphic design, and content production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).
  • Experience in social media content production and event-based visual communication.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and preparation of print-ready files.
  • Prior experience working with global brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for visual, video, audio, and generative content production (e.g. Nano Banana, Veo, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Suno).
  • Ability to actively integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve speed, experimentation, and content scalability.
