JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience Required:

1 – 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency or related field.

Bachelors/ Master’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.

Present finalized ideas and concepts to the internal teams and clients.

Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.

Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in design and advertising.
-
Being a part of all client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.

Interpret the client's business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.

Obtain approval of the concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.

Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.

Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.

Maintaining necessary design trackers to track their work and ensuring as per scope we are delivering from the design front.
Skills Required:
-
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.

Excellent design and artistic abilities.
-
Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be a great add-on.

Great time management skills.
-
Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
