Job Description:

• Conceptualization and Design:Develop creative concepts for motion graphics projects, including storyboards, style frames, and animatics.
• Motion Graphics Production:Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for diverse media like social media, websites, and video campaigns.
• Brand Stewardship:Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all motion graphic projects.
• Technical Proficiency:Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other design tools.
• Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with creative teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful visual experiences.
• Mentorship and Leadership:Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering their professional growth.

Skills:

• Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Content Creation: Ability to develop engaging and on-brand content.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with followers and team members.
• Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Creativity: Ability to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
