Role: Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, brand, and product communication purposes.
• Design and animate motion graphics, transitions, titles, and visual effects that enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative, design, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all motion and video assets.
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms YouTube, Instagram, Digital OOH, and websites.
• Handle color correction, sound design, audio syncing, and rendering for final video delivery.
• Accurately interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually engaging and high-impact motion content.
• Stay updated on industry trends, AI tools, and motion design innovations to continuously enhance creative quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to edit in varied styles - corporate, cinematic, social media, reels, etc.
• Strong understanding of timing, composition, and visual rhythm in motion design.
• Familiarity with rendering workflows and export settings for different platforms.
• Added advantage if skilled in AI-assisted tools for generating or enhancing videos.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
