Role Overview

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to produce dynamic and visually compelling video content for brand campaigns, social media, product explainers, advertisements, and corporate communications. This in-office Dubai role requires someone who can work efficiently, animate with precision, and maintain high production quality across all video formats. The role involves transforming scripts, concepts, and static designs into polished motion assets that consistently reinforce the MultiBank brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics for social media, advertisements, campaigns, app walkthroughs, explainers, and events.
• Animate text, icons, charts, and UI elements with smooth transitions and precise timing.
• Collaborate with the design team to transform static visuals into fully animated assets.
• Edit short- and long-form video content as required.
• Create and maintain reusable animation templates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all video output is on-brand, high quality, and delivered on schedule.
• Prepare multiple aspect ratios and formats to meet channel requirements.
• Integrate voice-overs, sound effects, and perform basic audio mixing.
• Support fast-turnaround content requirements without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video editing expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and animation plugins.
• Ability to animate with precision, avoiding jittery or unpolished transitions.
• Strong sense of timing, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating short-form content for social media platforms.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high-volume output.
• Understanding of brand consistency and corporate visual identity.
• Experience with finance, fintech, or corporate brands is a plus.
• Basic 2D/3D animation (Cinema4D/Blender) are advantageous but not mandatory.
