The Associate Brand & Design role will support the clients Communications team. At the heart of our expanding team, you'll provide operational support, implement strategy and drive results across our internal and external communication channels.
As Associate Brand & Design at Client, you will play a key role in shaping our internal and external presence, overseeing content development, and leading impactful campaigns. Your expertise will drive engagement, foster our brand identity, and set industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development:

Create visually captivating and compelling content for various social media platforms and internal communication channels

Utilize design fundamentals to produce graphics, videos, and written content that resonate with our audience.

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
Copy Editing:

Create visually captivating and compelling content for various communication platforms including SharePoint, Teams, Yammer and LinkedIn.

Utilize design fundamentals to produce graphics, videos, and written content that resonate with our audience.

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
Editorial Management:

Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular and strategic posting.

Coordinate with team members to align content with campaign objectives and company goals.
Social Media Campaigns Lead:

Lead the planning and execution of social media Thought Leadership campaigns, from concept to analysis.

Develop campaign strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.

Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports.
Benchmarks and Social Media Practices Lead:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media and internal communication practices.

Share best practices and recommendations with the team to continually improve our social media efforts.
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).

University degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management and content creation, including copywriting and video editing.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro).

Strong knowledge of social media scheduling, reporting, and analytics tools.

Experience managing projects, whether university projects or personal initiatives.

An interest in travel, transport, and technology is desirable.
