Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching and impactful motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms, social media, ads, presentations, and video content. You should be proficient in animation software, have a keen eye for design aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, reels, ads, presentations, and other digital content.
• Collaborate with video editors, creative teams, and content strategists to develop visual concepts.
• Translate scripts, storyboards, and rough concepts into engaging visual assets.
• Create 2D animations, text animations, transitions, lower-thirds, infographics, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools.
• Work within brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw; knowledge of Blender/Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in video editing and sound syncing.
• Knowledge of social media video formats and requirements.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a bonus.
