About the Role:
We’re looking for a Motion Designer with strong creative and technical skills to bring ideas to life through engaging motion graphics and video content. You will create motion videos from existing designs or build them from scratch using templates and resources. Essential video editing skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality visual content for digital platforms.
What You’ll Do:

Create motion graphics and videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Animate existing designs or develop new concepts from scratch using templates and other resources.

Edit and assemble video content with attention to pacing, transitions, and sound synchronization.

Produce walkthrough and demo videos for apps and software (including screen recordings) to support tech/dev teams and other services.

Collaborate with designers, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

Prepare final, production-ready files optimized for various platforms.

Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.

Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.

Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset management and editing.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:

Some character animation experience (e.g., Duik, Rubberhose, or similar rigging tools).

Familiarity with GCC market visuals or audiences.

Exposure to product-driven or tech-focused teams.
-
Ability to effectively use AI tools for motion design and video production.
