Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Motion Graphic Designer who is also an expert Video Editor. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming industrial concepts, machinery workflows, product features, and marketing ideas into engaging motion graphics and professional videos for digital platforms, presentations, ads, and internal use.

This role requires both creative storytelling and execution-level expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for:
• Product explainer videos
• Industrial machinery demonstrations
• Promotional ads & social media reels
• Corporate presentations & brand videos
• Create animated elements such as:
• Titles, lower thirds, infographics, transitions
• Product feature highlights and callouts
• Maintain brand consistency across all motion assets.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos.
• Add sound design, background music, voice-over sync, color correction, and transitions.
• Optimize videos for different platforms:
• Website
• YouTube
• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• App & internal demos
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver goal-oriented video content.

Required Skills & ExpertiseTechnical Skills:

• Strong expertise in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good working knowledge of:
• Photoshop & Illustrator
• Experience with:
• Typography animation
• Kinetic text
• Infographic animation
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export optimization.

Creative & Professional Skills:

• Strong visual sense and storytelling ability.
• Ability to convert technical/industrial information into engaging visuals.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

• Experience with industrial, machinery, construction, or B2B products
• 3D motion basics (Cinema 4D / Blender )
• Experience creating ads for paid campaigns
• Knowledge of social media video trends
