Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of turning ideas and static designs into high-quality motion content that effectively communicates our brand message. Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging motion graphics and animated content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and promotional videos.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver creative visual solutions.
• Convert concepts, scripts, and storyboards into impactful animations.
• Create animated explainer videos, product presentations, logo animations, transitions, and title sequences.
• Synchronize visuals with voiceovers, music, and sound effects to enhance audience engagement.
• Ensure all motion content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, animation styles, and new tools to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphics or a related creative role.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in 2D animation, kinetic typography, social media reels, and promotional video editing.
• Good understanding of composition, color theory, timing, and storytelling principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous motion design and animation projects (showreel required).
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is an added advantage.
• Understanding of UI/UX animation and motion elements for digital platforms is preferred.
