Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to bring ideas to life through engaging motion visuals. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, storytelling skills, and hands-on expertise in motion graphics for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, videos, ads, presentations, and brand films
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories
• Create animations, transitions, typography, and visual effects aligned with brand guidelines
• Edit and enhance videos using motion graphics, sound, and visual effects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Good understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and color
• Experience in creating motion graphics for social media and digital platforms
• Basic knowledge of video editing, sound design, and visual storytelling
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly

Good to Have

• Knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D / Blender)
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• Understanding of branding and marketing communication
