Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor & Motion Designer. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos, creating motion graphics and animations, and ensuring visual consistency across all deliverables.

You’ll work closely with the creative team to execute concepts, maintain brand standards, and deliver high-quality content on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content
• Perform color correction and basic color grading
• Create motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and simple animations
• Design smooth transitions and visual effects where required
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Maintain consistency in pacing, style, and branding across projects
• Collaborate remotely with editors, designers, and creative leads
• Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
• Follow creative briefs, feedback, and revision workflows accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Solid understanding of video editing fundamentals and motion design principles
• Experience with color correction and basic color grading
• Ability to create clean, minimal, and effective motion graphics
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback effectively
• Prior experience editing content for digital and social platforms is a plus

System & Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

• Personal laptop or desktop capable of handling professional video editing
• Minimum 16 GB RAM
• Dedicated GPU recommended for smooth editing and rendering
• Minimum 1 TB SSD storage for project files and assets
• UPS / power backup mandatory for desktop (PC) setups
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Licensed / working versions of required software
• Ability to upload, download, and manage large files via Google Drive, Frame.io, or similar tools

Work Setup

• Fully remote
• Fixed working hours (to be discussed during interviews)
• Regular online meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
