Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description

Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing animations, graphics, and visual effects for various multimedia platforms. They combine artistic skills with technical expertise to bring concepts and stories to life using motion and design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Animation & Video Production:
Create high-quality animations, video content, and motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, websites, and presentations.

2. Storyboarding & Concept Development:
Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments for animations and videos, aligning with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

3. Graphic Design Support:
Assist with static graphic design needs, including social media assets, infographics, and other visual materials as required, managing the Brand and ensuring alignment across the organisation.

4. Editing & Post-Production:
Perform video editing, colour correction, audio syncing, and post-production work to ensure polished, professional outputs.

5. Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to ensure animations and videos align with campaign goals and project deadlines.

6. Creative Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements, bringing fresh ideas and creative techniques to enhance our content.

7. Quality Assurance:
Review and refine animations and video content to ensure a high standard of quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

8. Attention to Details:
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, layout, and overall aesthetics.

Experience and skills required

Experience:

3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a strong focus on animation and video production; experience in a fast-paced or agency environment is advantageous

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Graphic Animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar.

Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing their animation and video projects, emphasizing proficiency in motion graphics, storytelling, and a strong design aesthetic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,926.91 - ₹40,169.66 per month
