Job Summary
Selected employee day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generating amazing graphics & illustration ideas and editing them
2. Assisting the digital team in their video marketing campaigns & Creating Video Ads
3. Good Command in Adobe After Effect, Premium Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop preferable

4. Creating and designing various materials for print and digital collaterals
5. Establishing creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

6. Have knowledge of UX designing. Proficiency in Marketing disciplines.

7. Experience with digital marketing agencies or ad agency preferable

8. A good understanding of visual design principles.

9. Can handle camera for Photoshoots & Videoshoots of products if required

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting the digital team in their video marketing campaigns with well thought out captions.
• A creative eye, steady hand & a storyteller's sensibility
• Produce, direct & edit the video from start to finish.
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or media designing field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or video editing
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, UX, InDesign, 2D Animation and After Effects
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail

Job Duties:

• Draft mockups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required
• Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts
• Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
• Communicate frequently with clients to update them on the progress of the project and to answer any questions they might have
