Job Summary

The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging animated content and visual effects for digital platforms and marketing campaigns. This role combines creativity and technical skills to produce high-quality motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics and animated content
• Edit video content for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on video concepts
• Add visual effects, transitions, and graphics to video projects
• Ensure visual quality and brand consistency in all outputs
• Manage and organize video project files and assets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Multimedia, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in motion graphics or video production
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bilingual Language (Arabic + English)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media campaigns
• Knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows

Key Performance Indicators

• Deliver motion graphic projects on time with 95%+ on-time completion rate
• Maintain client satisfaction of 90%+ on motion graphic deliverables
• Limit revision rounds to a maximum of 2 per project
• Complete a minimum of 4 motion graphic projects per month
