Role Summary

We are looking for Social media creative manager who can execute.

This role supports active marketing campaigns for education brands, events, and online businesses.

If you like checking things off, building assets, launching campaigns, and seeing results, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities (Execution-Focused)

Content Production, Video Editing & Publishing

  • Create high-converting content using Canva (reels, carousels, thumbnails, stories)
  • Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, interviews) into short clips
  • Add captions, hooks, transitions, and basic motion elements to videos
  • Schedule and publish content across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Assist in launching Facebook & Google Ads (set-up, creatives, links)
  • Build simple landing pages (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar)
  • Upload and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)

Campaign Operations

  • Update CRM records and lead lists
  • QA links, forms, registrations, and event pages
  • Track basic performance metrics (CTR, leads, conversions)

Tools You’ll Likely Use

  • Canva (design + light video editing)
  • CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut (or similar video editing tools)
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Google Ads (support level)
  • HubSpot / CRM
  • ClickFunnels / GoHighLevel
  • Google Docs, Sheets, Drive

(Training provided where needed)

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Marketing, Business, Tech, or Creative background (student or early-career)
✅ Strong Canva skills (design + content creation)
✅ Basic video editing skills (short-form content is a must)
✅ Comfortable with tools and systems
✅ Detail-oriented and reliable
✅ Can follow SOPs and repeat processes accurately
