Motion Graphic Designer TL

Instaserv is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Motion & Video Team Lead with strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and creative direction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in producing engaging video content and leading a team of video editors and motion designers. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia production.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of digital storytelling and video content creation for marketing campaigns.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading a creative/video team is preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with camera operations, lighting setups, and audio recording (both studio & on-location).
• Knowledge of video marketing strategies, performance metrics, and creative optimization.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail, pacing, transitions, and visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the video and motion graphics team to ensure top-quality deliverables.
• Plan, execute, and manage video projects from concept to final production.
• Supervise shooting setups, including camera handling, lighting, and audio.
• Edit video, motion, image, and audio elements to produce engaging and polished content.
• Maintain visual consistency, branding, and creative quality across all video outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and PPC teams to meet campaign objectives.
• Introduce creative ideas, animation concepts, and new techniques to elevate video quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of all video projects while managing multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,373.50 - ₹30,305.79 per month
