Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Motion Graphic Designer & Video

Producer who can lead our visual storytelling across digital platforms. The ideal

candidate is highly skilled in motion graphics, end-to-end video production, and the

latest AI-driven video creation tools. This role requires both creative vision and strong

technical expertise to produce high-impact video content that aligns with our brand and

marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual

assets for marketing, branding, and product communication.

* Handle the complete video production cycle

* Utilize AI-based video creation and enhancement tools to elevate content

efficiency and creativity.

* Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate ideas into

compelling video narratives.

* Maintain brand consistency while introducing innovative visual techniques.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high

standard outputs.

* Optimize videos for social media, digital ads, product demos, and internal

communication.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3+ years of proven experience in motion graphics and video production with AI

* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator,

Photoshop, and other industry tools.

* Strong hands-on experience with AI video tools

* Solid understanding of video editing workflows, compositing, color grading, and

sound design.

* Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Skills

* Experience leading creative projects.

* Knowledge of cinematography and advanced shooting techniques.

* Familiarity with 3D design or animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
