Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting visually compelling animations and motion designs that resonate with our brand and capture the attention of our audience. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and creative departments to develop multimedia assets for a variety of platforms, including digital advertisements, social media content, and corporate presentations. A keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of animation techniques, and proficiency in industry-standard software are essential for this role. Responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics and animations for a variety of multimedia campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and design visual content.
• Transform scripts and storyboards into potent visual messages through animation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in motion design and animation.
• Ensure all graphics and animations are consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
• Innovate and brainstorm new and modern design concepts for various platforms.
• Optimize motion graphics for delivery across different digital platforms and formats.
• Work with video directors to integrate graphics seamlessly into video productions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers on the team.
• Ensure smooth execution of animation projects from conception to execution.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders to understand project scope and deliverables.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role.
• High level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent design and animation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Exceptional creativity and a strong attention to detail in all projects.
• Understanding of the latest motion design techniques and trends.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with 3D design and animation software, such as Cinema 4D, is a plus.
