Job Summary
The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and animated visual content to support digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong creative skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual stories that enhance brand presence and drive audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, paid ads, email marketing, and presentations
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Edit and enhance video content using animation, typography, sound, and visual effects
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts prior to production
- Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and messaging across all motion content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design and digital media
- Optimize motion content for different platforms and formats
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video design work
- Proficiency in motion design and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction and feedback constructively
