Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to specialize in high-impact visual content for LED screens across our diverse portfolio of events, conferences, and exhibitions.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring our clients' brands are showcased with stunning, high-resolution clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design and animate high-quality motion graphics specifically optimized for large-scale LED walls, curved screens, and unconventional aspect ratios.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Team to conceptualize visual themes and with the AV Operations Team to ensure technical compatibility and seamless playback on-site.
• End-to-End Production: Handle the full workflow from initial mood boards and storyboarding to final rendering and file management.
• Technical Integration: Adapt content for various screen resolutions, pixel pitches, and playback systems (e.g., Watchout, Resolume, or disguise).
• Innovation: Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance creative workflows, generate assets, and push the boundaries of modern event visuals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Certificate, Degree, or Diploma in Visualization, Visual Effects (VFX), or a related design field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in motion design, specifically within the events or media production industry.
• Software Mastery:
• Expert Level: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Advantageous: Proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya) and advanced VFX tools.
• AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion) to streamline production and asset creation.
• Language:
• English: Full professional proficiency (Spoken & Written).
• Arabic: Proficient in Written Arabic for accurate typography and titling in event visuals.
