Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer with 2 years of professional experience in creating engaging motion content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to transform concepts into compelling motion designs.

Responsibility:

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital content, marketing materials, and multimedia projects
• Develop concept designs, storyboards, and style frames to communicate creative vision
• Design and animate graphics for video content, social media, websites, and presentations
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives
• Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, colour, composition, layout, etc.)
• Present concepts and designs to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• Proficiency in industry-standard software including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of video codecs, formats, and compression techniques
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
• Experience with motion design plugins and tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and visual design skills
• Ability to make thoughtful decisions, simplifying creative solutions wherever possible
• Excellent time management skills to organize and deliver projects on time with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
