Backdropsource.in — a global E-commerce brand reimagining creative display & visual storytelling — is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who doesn’t just animate pixels… but moves emotions.

What You’ll Do:
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute motion graphics & video content for ads, reels, brand campaigns, and product showcases.
- Create merch mockups, visual explainer videos, and product animations that inspire clicks and conversions.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring every frame, font, and fade speaks the Backdropsource tone.
- Collaborate with marketing, content & product teams to craft emotionally resonant, conversion-ready visuals.
- Integrate a strong sense of color harmony, typography, and motion rhythm in every creative output.
- Edit videos with narrative flow, design coherence, and social-first sensibility.
- Sketch or draft storyboards before executing — bringing concept clarity before composition.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an E-commerce or Digital Marketing agency.
- Command over the Adobe Creative Cloud suite — especially: Illustrator | Photoshop | After Effects | Premiere Pro | CapCut
- Proficiency in storyboarding, sketching, and visual conceptualization.
- Deep understanding of brand guidelines, color psychology, composition, and motion flow.
- Creative instincts sharpened by data — your designs aren’t just pretty; they perform.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Should be adept in devising brand docket for Paid Marketing channels which chiefly comprises of ABM, Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft bing etc.
- Strong command over Typography, Infographics, Composition, Layout, and Visual Hierarchy
- Ability to create Moodboards, Storyboards, Sketches, Mockups, and Prototypes
- Advanced proficiency in Pen Tool, Vector Art, and Illustration techniques
- Deep understanding of Brand Guidelines, Visual Identity, and Color Systems
- Is creative, playful, and heuristic — always experimenting with ideas before polishing them into perfection.
- Understands that motion is not just movement — it’s emotion, rhythm, and timing.
- Can switch between chaos and structure — think like a creative, execute like a craftsman.
- Obsesses over brand alignment, tone consistency, and storytelling cohesion.
- Lives for creative velocity — not creative bureaucracy.
