Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and client requirements.

Conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic ideas that align with client briefs and project goals.

Design and animate motion graphics, including but not limited to, kinetic typography, animated logos, explainer videos, and visual effects.

Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to create high-quality motion graphics.

Incorporate sound design and music to enhance the visual impact of motion graphic projects.

Optimize motion graphics for various social media platforms and digital advertising formats.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve the quality of motion graphic content.

Collaborate with the social media management team to ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new client pitches and projects.

Requirements:

Certification/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) working as a motion designer or animator, preferably in a digital agency or creative studio.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills with the ability to bring ideas to life through motion graphics.

Knowledge of video editing techniques, including trimming, color correction, and audio synchronization.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, innovative motion graphic content.

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic projects and animation styles.
