Job Overview

As a Motion Graphics Designer at Advex Media, you are expected to perform your role with accuracy, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for producing high-quality motion content that enhances brand communication and campaign performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for ads, social media, brand films, product videos, and campaign content

• Conceptualize and develop motion design ideas, storyboards, and animation styles in collaboration with creative, marketing, and content teams

• Transform static designs into dynamic visual assets with smooth transitions, clean typography animation, and engaging visual flow

• Edit and assemble motion-based content including footage selection, cutting, color adjustments, sound syncing, and integration of animated elements

• Implement client feedback quickly and accurately to refine and finalize motion assets

• Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and Advex Media’s creative standards

• Develop branding-related motion assets including animated logos, explainer videos, UI animations, ads, and campaign visuals

• Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovation into creative output

• Collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors to maintain visual consistency across all materials

• In emergency situations, complete assigned work as instructed by the Creative Head within the required timeline

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and composition
• Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience preferred
