Motion Graphics Designer (E-Learning / Training)

We’re looking for a creative professional who can transform raw text/scripts into high-quality, engaging training videos using motion graphics, animation, and modern video tools. This role is focused on end-to-end video content creation , not just basic slide-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create training videos from scratch (script → storyboard → final output)
• Design motion graphics, animations, and visual elements to enhance learning
• Develop interactive video content (engagement within videos)
• Use AI tools for voiceovers and video generation
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging visual content
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand content requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Proven experience in video production & motion graphics
• Ability to create engaging training/educational videos
• Experience working with AI voice/video tools
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual design

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Articulate Storyline / Rise
• Basic understanding of instructional design / e-learning principles
• Experience creating interactive learning modules

Engagement Details

• Contract: 3–6 months (extendable)
• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Work setup: Hybrid (Islamabad preferred)
• Shift: Night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
