We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to deliver impactful, on-brand graphics for our clients across various media channels. This role involves managing the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving their brand messaging through exceptional design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on client needs and brand identity.
• Create and present rough drafts, refining them into polished designs.
• Design high quality motion graphics and videos and creative designs, taking full ownership.
• Ensure all designs are tailored to each client’s brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to align designs with marketing strategies.
• Test and optimize for various media formats.
• Amend designs based on client and team feedback.
• Deliver visually appealing, client-ready designs that meet campaign goals.

Qualifications:

• A strong graphical design portfolio focused on brand design and online campaign direction & production.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including After Effects.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for high-profile brands.
• Expertise in brand asset creation for online campaigns.
• Ability to produce design works from concept to delivery.
• A sharp eye for digital design, typography, and color.
• Extensive online expertise and understanding of digital platforms.
• Attention to detail and awareness of emerging trends.
• Knowledge of video and motion design is a plus.
