Motor Mechanic

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic (Car) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills and a solid understanding of various automotive systems. You will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs and maintenance on cars to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in vehicles.
• Carry out routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Repair or replace faulty parts including brakes, suspension, clutches, and engines.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to detect and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform test drives after repairs to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and service performed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when required.
• Ensure high standards of quality and timely delivery of service.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Motor Mechanic or Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a car service center or dealership.
• Strong knowledge of car engines, transmission systems, suspension, and electronic components.
• Experience with Tata vehicles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of diagnostic software and tools.
