- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorsport vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Inspect engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, steering components, and electrical systems before and after events.
- Assemble, disassemble, and rebuild race car components according to technical specifications.
- Conduct vehicle setup adjustments including suspension geometry, ride height, wheel alignment, and tire pressure settings.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialized diagnostic equipment and technical data.
- Prepare vehicles for races, testing sessions, and competitive events within strict timelines.
- Monitor vehicle performance during testing and racing activities and implement necessary adjustments.
- Carry out preventive maintenance programs to minimize mechanical failures and downtime.
- Replace worn or damaged parts and ensure all repairs meet safety and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and parts inventory documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, drivers, and technical teams to improve vehicle performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with motorsport regulations, technical specifications, and safety requirements.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and workshop equipment to support racing operations.
- Perform trackside support during events, including emergency repairs and rapid component replacements.
- Conduct post-race inspections and prepare technical reports on vehicle condition and performance.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Assist in vehicle development projects, testing programs, and performance upgrades.
- Support transportation, setup, and dismantling of race vehicles and equipment at event locations.
